From career misalignment to building a business on her own terms

When I first started working with Nadia six years ago, I was in a really vulnerable place. I was questioning my career, doubting my capabilities, and feeling deeply misaligned with the work I was doing. I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to begin.

With her unwavering support and gentle encouragement, I gave myself permission to stop – to take a three-month unpaid sabbatical and explore what life could feel like on my own terms. That time was life-changing. I began writing blogs about my experience as a parent of an autistic child, which resonated with people all over the world. The response gave me the confidence to finally leave my job and start my own consultancy – something that had felt like a distant dream. I’ve now been running my business for over three and a half years.

Throughout this time, life has thrown a lot my way – including both my children receiving diagnoses, and navigating personal upheaval and emotional challenges. But I’ve kept growing. Coaching helped me understand myself more deeply, build my resilience, and learn how to advocate for myself – not just in work, but in my relationships and everyday life.

For the first time, I believe I am worthy. I know I have needs, and they matter. I’ve worked hard to improve my relationships with my parents-in-law and extended family, and now they feel much more nourishing and real. Most of all, I feel happier in my own skin.

Working with Nadia has been one of the most important and transformative decisions I’ve ever made. She has held space for me with compassion, insight and challenge – always seeing the version of me I was becoming, even when I couldn’t yet see it myself.

If you’re considering coaching with her and you’re ready to show up for yourself, I honestly cannot recommend it enough. It’s been nothing short of life-changing.
